This PR:

  • Bumps docker-compose to match version 3.8 forma
  • Adds JRuby (JR) support for in-memory SQLite in tests
    • require and use activerecord + activerecord-jdbcsqlite3-adapter on JRuby
    • adapt InMemoryAds to use ActiveRecord JDBC connection and convert results to hashes
  • Refactors s3 support to newer signatures and logic
  • Increases YAML parser limit for REST connection (Psych::Parser.code_point_limit = 100_000_000 before connect)
  • Updates VCR config to ignore requests to s3.amazonaws.com and tests envs: staging-lcm-prod/dev
  • Bumps necessary dependencies
  • Removes vertica test support (TODO: https://gooddata.atlassian.net/browse/GRIF-655)
  • Refactor/updated test params
